Discovering God's purpose for Monday through Saturday.

November 6 & 7, 2026

Wellspring Church

Logo White - God at Work Conference.png

Faith isn't just for Sundays. God has called us to follow Him in every part of life — including our work and the places where we spend most of our week.

Whether you're in an office, a classroom, a trade, at home, retired, or volunteering, your everyday life is where God is at work.

Monday matters because God is already there.

Session:  Bringing Our Work Into Our Worship

Description:  Being a Christian in everyday life is not just about bringing our faith to work, it includes bringing our life outside of Sunday into church. This session will explore some of the ways that the regular work of God's people can be integrated into gathered worship, and how it needs to be integrated if we are to fully bridge the gap between Sunday and the rest of the week.

Session 2:  From Conflict to Conversation: How to Navigate Contentious Differences

We live in an increasingly diverse society and when it comes to especially contentious areas of difference, it can be difficult to know how to engage.  This session seeks to equip you with tools and a posture to go through all areas of life as a faithful ambassador of Christ.

Session:  The Four Phases of Retirement

This presentation examines the psychological changes and challenges that almost always accompany retirement, but that are rarely discussed. As a result, many people face retirement with hopes and expectations that are unrealistic, often leading to an unexpected roller-coaster emotional ride.
