Celebrate the birth of Jesus through song and actions during our Christmas services!
This year, we’re excited to incorporate the songs and actions our kids are learning in Kids Ministry into our Christmas celebrations. The kids will have the opportunity to share what they’ve been learning and help lead our church family in celebrating Jesus’ birth!
Sunday, December 20 – “Go Tell It on the Mountain”
Our kids will sing and do the actions for “Go Tell It on the Mountain” during our 10:00 AM Sunday morning service, just as we’ve done in previous years!
⏰ Times Involved:
Sunday, December 20: 10:00 AM service
Christmas Eve, Thursday, December 24 – “Born Is the King (It’s Christmas)”
This year, our kids will help lead the closing song at both Christmas Eve services! They’ll sing and do the actions for “Born Is the King (It’s Christmas),” accompanied by our Christmas Choir.
To participate, we ask that kids arrive toward the end of the first Christmas Eve service and stay for the second service so they can sing at the close of both services.
⏰ Times Involved:
Wednesday, December 23: Christmas Service rehearsal at 6:30 PM
Thursday, December 24: Christmas Eve services at 3:30 PM & 5:00 PM — Kids should plan to arrive at 4:00 PM and stay until 6:00 PM to participate in both services.
Learn the Songs at Home!
Kids will learn all the songs and actions during Kids Ministry on Sunday mornings. We also encourage families to practice together at home using the YouTube videos below. This is a great way to help the kids feel confident and ready to participate!
