SET UP TEAM:

Light cleaning

Moving tables and chairs

WELCOME TEAM:

Greeting and registration

Direct and provide logistical information to guests

Help with book sales

HOSPITALITY TEAM:

Providing coffee, tea, and refreshments

Light cleaning of hospitality area

Refreshing bathroom supplies

PARKING & USHERING TEAM:

Directing and facilitating parking

Ushering

Keeping an eye on cleanliness and supplies
